Founded in 1877, Carroll Elementary School enrolls more than 1,000 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school maintains a learning center, cafeteria and library. It offers speech therapy and psychological counseling services. Carroll Elementary School also provides special education classes. The school offers a range of academic programs in mathematics and language arts. It additionally provides instruction in computer science, physical education, and visual and performing arts. Carroll Elementary School offers accelerated reader and after-school programs. The school has a parent-teacher organization that hosts various fundraising events.
