Thanks good service

I used Hershey Door about 8 years ago to have three garage doors put in on my property. Two of the doors have automatic door openers. Not only have the door openers never worked right, but Hershey door used old 2 X 4s to mount the sensors for the doors to the side of my garage (wooden, detatched). One of these 2x4s has since deteriorated and no longer holds the sensor. As far as service went, the doors seem to have been installed properly and have been nice. However, the issues with the door openers and the installation of these openers was a completely different story. I had Hershey Door back out at least twice after the installation to fix the issues with the automatic openers. The openers sporatically will never close the doors. One time it closes, the other time it doesn't. One time door #1 doesn't open, but #2 will, the next time neither opens. They just never took care of us and the problem persists. Go somewhere else!

The owner was rude and hung up the phone during our conversation because he didn't want to hear that he was charging too much. WOULD NOT USE, A RIPOFF. GO TO LANCASTER FOR ANOTHER DOORING COMPANY.
