      General Info
      The Elizabethtown Community Health Center provides health care for people of all ages. It diagnoses and offers treatment for health problems, such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart diseases. It also offers health maintenance programs that include routine exams, paper smears, and school and camp work. The center works with a variety of physicians and provides emergency care for injuries and illnesses. It also accepts various plans and insurances, including Health Maintenance Organization. Located in Elizabeth Town, N.Y., the center is a part of the Elizabethtown Community Hospital Services. Established in 1926, the community hospital offers radiology, inpatient nursing unit, emergency room, laboratory, physical therapies and sports rehabilitation services.
