I hired Vessels in March 2013 to repair a leak in my roof. It is now October 2013 and after multiple calls the roof is STILL leaking. They have come and added SILICONE to the roof every time I call but obviously silicone is NOT cutting it. They say their work is GUARANTEED but my issue has not been resolved in over 6 months. I have already lost THOUSANDS of $$$ due to their poor repairs and now they won't even return my calls. They took my money and the roof is no better off than when I first called them. I also found they have several BBB complaints. I cannot find an active business license for Vessels with the Secretary of State either. Consumer BEWARE!
