I have always searched out pet groomers for their appearance. After all, how can a groomer groom your baby and do a great job when the shop is smelly and a complete disgusting mess. I know I won't take my babies even through the front door. I've always said that my babies were going to the spa, I never said the groomer. When my family moved to Radcliff in November 2013 I was so nervous that I wouldn't find a good enough shop to care for my babies. Right away I searched the web and found Pawsh. Spa was even in the name! The web site, name and services were enough for me to fall out of my seat and roll around on the floor. But the deal was sealed when I called and talked to Dawn. She took time to answer my questions. I felt as though my babies were #1 and she gave me all the time and answers I needed to assure me that my babies were in good hands. Rachel has been doing my Pomeranians and I must say, I have never had them look so good. I am in love with this spa and the ladies who work there. It is always a great day when I drop my babies off there. They even remember them and the specific way I like to have them done. My babies are the same breed, color and size, I've had a veterinarian do the wrong procedures on them because they got them mixed up (very upsetting). But last week I took them both in at the same time and specifically ask for one to have pink nails and the other to have orange, And.., they got it right woohoo!!! They are the best in my book!!! I drive past a few "groomers" to get to Pawsh but even in a rush, I will never take them anywhere else.
