      Carly the manager is rude and extremely unhelpful. I've been a customer for over 10 years and never have I felt so un valued as I do when dealing with her.

      Poor customer serviceStood in line over 10 minutes to purchase two DVDs while attendant spent the entire time looking ip info for a customer who had already paid for his itemHe should have checked the next paying customer in line, and then continued to do his research Poor customer service caused a missed sale of 35.00
