Needed a tow and a full engine install. Tow was fine, but the engine install took 8 weeks to complete after being told it would be done in 2-3 days. Owner (DJ) refused to take responsibility, blaming "bad luck" or saying it was "no one's fault." Went to pick up the car and discovered the brakes were gone and the engine sounded terrible; it was totally unsafe to drive. Took the car to a new shop to get the work done right, but DJ refused to refund my money or even provide a discount. AVOID at all costs. Other staff was friendly, but the owner is a crook who only cares about making money.

Took my van in to install a starter. They tore up the threads on the $160 O2 sensor then told me that's my fault and had to pay for it. Plus the bill for replacing the starter. Witnessed several other unprofessional things while waiting in their business for 4 plus hours. Will not be back.
