I found James Asuburne on line. Has one of the best online sites that I have every seen. When I called he personally answered after only two rings. I told him my problem was with a stopped up kitchen drain. Stated that he had a couple of jobs to fix and that he would try to be at my home this morning around 12 noon. He did arrive about 15 minutes early and had the job done in less than 15 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and has a class "A" personality. He will be my plumbing choice in the future.I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone at anytime. A rare find for the in this day and time.

I woke up New Years eve to the sound of gushing water and a how water heater that would not stop. I Googled local plumbing companies and came across James at Tri-Cities Plumbing Solutions. James showed up as soon as he could and when he walked up to house, he IMMEDIATELY heard and knew where the leak was. James sprung into action and had the massive leak under controlled and was already fixing the burst pipe before I even knew what had happen. Once the problem was solved James took the time to explain EVERYTHING to my wife and I about what happened and what he had done to fix it. James price was unbelievably low, I felt like I had a family member or best friend come fix my problem instead of a company. I was truly surprised and excited to find such a wonderful man and excellent plumber who was local. I am going to have James redo my entire home plumbing in the coming months and will ONLY use Tri-Cities Plumbing for any issue that I have in future as well as recommend James to everyone I know or meet that needs a good plumber. I was very impressed with James Osborne with Tri-Cities Plumbing of Elizabethton. He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable and reliable. He arrived within 45 minutes of a phone call on Christmas Eve and fixed my leaky kitchen faucet and toilet. His rates are reasonable.
