I have had an awful experience with this store. I brought my Iphone 6S into the store to have the screen repaired. The phone worked just fine but the screen was cracked. They worked on the phone for 6 hours and charged me $209. After I picked up the phone and got home I realized the phone wouldnt charge more then 1%. Now this was friday and computer pros is closed on weekends. So I contacted the store thru facebook, told them about the problem I was having and ask if they could help me before Monday. They told me there was nothing they could do till Monday.So Monday I took the Phone back to them and they fixed the battery problem. They told me they forgot too connect the battery properly. So then I took the phone home again. But when I got the phone home and tried to make a phone call I realized the speaker on the phone didnt work. The speaker worked up too my last visit too computer pros. So once again I took the phone back too computer pros. I left the phone with them and I came back right before they closed. When I came to pick up the phone they told the phone wasnt ready and they need another day. At this point I didnt trust them, so I told them to give me the money back and too return the phone. So they put the old busted screen back on the phone and gave me a refund. So at this point its been 7 days the screen on my phone is still cracked and now thanks to computer pros the speaker doesnt work. I then took the phone to another company to repair the phone. They fixed the screen for $30 less. But they told me Computer Pros had damaged the flex wires on the front camera and thats why the speaker didnt work. It cost me $90 to replace the camera! That monday I took my receipt for the camera back to Computer Pros and demanded they reimburse for the damage they had done. They refused too do so. So they broke they broke the phone and refused to own up too it. Please dont go to computer pros these guys well rip you off! Plus the manger was rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional! Ive also talk to a couple people who have had slimier experiences with them
