My move with Reliable Van & Storage was perfect. From my initial contact with my personal coordinator Lisa who keep in contact with me during the pre-move, during the move and upon completion. She answered all my questions and anticipated my concerns. The moving crew lead by Jr. was meticulous. My floors and walls were protected with floor and wall coverings and they move everything with care. They were polite, professional and worked very hard on a very hot day. Reliable Van & storage personnel took the stress out of moving. I highly recommend them.

Keep shopping. The packing crew took frequent cig breaks and didn't pack hardware properly, so that furniture couldn't be assembled on delivery. A bunch of boxes got lost in transit. The unpacking crew was in such a rush to leave they didn't assemble all the furniture. A dresser got damaged in transit. HQ was very unresponsive. Hard to get anyone on the phone, hard to get anyone to call you back. Company was very defensive whenever I mentioned any issues, even nicely.
