They installed tires on my bike and sent me off with under inflated tires. I later find out that they didn't balance my rear tire without telling me and then the tires wouldn't support the weight of the bike and I nearly wrecked the bike. Took the bike to a real dealer and as soon as they saw it he knew knew the wrong tires were installed. Askew's only excuse was that they weren't a BMW dealer so they didn't know. That doesn't get me my $400 back either.
