Guy calls me to schedule maintenance, doesn't even say his name or company, and barely speaks English. We scheduled for Labor Day (he had no problem with that at the time). He doesn't show up on Monday so I called him and he doesn't return my call for 6 hours and then has the audacity to say I need to use common sense b/c he wouldn't work Labor Day. I pointed out he said Labor Day wasn't a problem when we first spoke. He said he could come the next day. Needless to say I did not allow him to do my service. If you're a quality company do you really have availability the very next day.
