They are always very attentive and take the time to answer questions I have. It is a clean, friendly and professional tanning salon.

This is an awesome establishment! The staff is SOOOOOOOOOO friendly and helpful, it's nice to go in there and they know you by name!

I was first introduced to Eternal tan from the Radio Shopping show. I was very impressed with the the Spa atmospher with out the high end cost. The staff are helpful, curteous and take time to find out what each custermer would like to achieve in their visits. The help each client individually and ask them questions so as to best suggest what they need. The salon is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I also like the fact that they support womens caused from around the world by selling their beautiful jewelry , scarfs and purses. I highly recommend Eternal Tan to anyone who wants personal attention and a fab tan. OH! and even better, they give you a welcome envelope with extra coupons , but I was most impressed was that the staff remind you to use them, and review them with you for your max. benefit.

I went in to eternal tan on on one of my friends recommendations, and will never go anywhere else. The salon is classy and well layed out. Definatly the cleanest place i have gone too. You can def. tell the bulbs are new on the beds that I have been in. The staff is also very helpful and actually know what they are talking about. Could not rate this place any higher.

I like to be brutally honest on these reviews so I was trying to think of all the pros AND cons of Eternal Tan. surprisingly, i CANNOT come up with a downside/con to tanning at Eternal....I'm serious. It is so clean, so affordable, and they have amazing beds that actually get you tan...their prices are extremely fair and competitive and the people that work there actually know what they are talking about. i never used to use lotion in the beds bc i thought it was just a gimick to make more money but one of the workers actually took the time to explain in detail the reasons to used lotion and so i bought a bottle to see for myself.....IT REALLY DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!! i won't ever tan w/o lotion again, i get tanner, quicker and it lasts so much longer now that i use lotion. Don't waste your time with other places....just go to Eternal Tan and you WILL NOT be disappointed.

I have naturally fair skin and have never been able to acheive a nice dark tan from outdoor tanning or beds. Tanning beds will give me color but I have to work at it. Getting a spray tan seemed like the thing to try but I was worried that I'd be orange. lol. I tried the Versa Spra and have been totally addicted! I think I've been back once a week or so to keep it up. I love, love, love having this beautiful golden tan that I thought I could never have. The ladies that work there are so friendly and helpful. It's extremely clean and nicely decorated with fair prices. Just a great place to go to relax, take a break and get beautiful! YOU WILL LOVE ETERNAL TAN!!!!

This place is simply amazing. The best beds, the best customer service, competitive pricing, super clean environment, great hours.....the list goes on. Any one who tans in the Elgin area should not be going anywhere but Eternal Tan. You actually get a good tan at this place...unlike other places that don't change the bulbs on their beds in time and you end up just wasting your time and money because you don't get color. I noticed a significant difference after only 2 times of going tanning at Eternal and I got tons of compliments. I have tried tanning at Brad Olson and at LA Tan and I had to tan at least 7 times before I noticed any significant change in how tan I looked. Plus, this salon is SO MUCH NICER than any of its competitors. Do yourself a favor and quit going to those other salons and head straight to Eternal where you don't end up just throwing your money away and you get a great tan!!!!!!

Absolutely love Eternal Tan! I got great color the first day and it lasts. These beds are the best and the staff/owners are the nicest people. Won't tan any place else.

I was a Cabana Tan customer since they opened and thought they had one of the classier salons around...until they left us without a place to tan...or so I thought...Eternal Tan is THE BEST salon...E-V-E-R! I was welcomed with a smile and open arms by Mandi...on my 2nd visit, she greeted me by name...I feel like I've been going there forever!! The beds are unbelievable, the salon is first class and spotless! I won't go anywhere else! It's well worth the extra few miles to get to...

The owners are SO nice and address you by name when you walk in. They have top of the line tanning beds and it's the cleanest tanning salon I've been to. They have affordable prices and awesome specials! I would recommend Eternal Tan to anybody. :)

We love this place because the Ladies are wonderful, friendly and they are truly down to earth. We get tan, we love how clean the place is. The atmosphere is just wonderful. The bed are good and we actually get tan. Great location, and we never have to wait. Thats what we really like!!! We will always tan here... We will never go anywhere else....But dont take our work for it, JUST GO AND TRY IT WE KNOW YOU'LL NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE AGAIN.JOHN AND GINA

Eternal Tan is by far the best tanning salon I have ever been to! I switched from LA Tan and it was the best decision I've made! I actually get tan! The owners are so sweet and actually know what they are taking about! You have to go in and give it a try...you'll be hooked!

Eternal Tan is the crem della crem of tanning salons. Amazing customer service, best beds i've ever even heard of, great prices, and the people that work there are honest and friendly! I'll never go anywhere else. My only regret is giving my money to other salons that aren't even half as good as Eternal Tan.

Eternal Tan is the best place to tan by far! Excellent customer service and great prices! Super clean and friendly atmosphere! Extremely knowledgeable staff! i switched to eternal tan from LA tan, and i don't regret it @ all! the beds @ eternal tan are SO nice, and you really do see a result immediately! the customer service was excellent--they make you feel welcome & really appreciate you being there. i will definitely be recommending this to my friends!

Eternal Tan is the Aston Martin of tanning salons.. It looks gorgeous inside and the beds are amazing. It is family owned and operated so you dont have to worry about some high school girl working there who isnt knowledeable.I always get a wonderful greeting when I come in and sometimes if I close my eyes it feels better than Christmas. Ill never go anywhere else.

Eternal Tan is the best tanning salon I've ever been to. The owners are absolutely amazing and so nice and helpful. There are two tanning beds that are closer to my house but it is more than worth the drive for me to go to Eternal Tan. I would have to go 2 or 3 times in a bed at a different place to get the same tan I would get just going one time at eternal. Looks like there IS 1 tanning company that is changing the bulbs when they need to and not shortchanging all their customers because they don't want to spend the time and money putting new ones in. Thank you eternal tan...I am a customer for life!

After not tanning for a couple of months I found myself looking for a new tanning salon! When I first walked in I was more then pleased with the GREAT customer service. I've been tanning at Eternal Tan for over a month now, and LOVE IT! All of their beds are lop of the line, and give results RIGHT AWAY! Their hours of operation are also something to brag about. I don’t know of any local salon that is open so late on a Friday! This salon is more than just a tanning salon, it's a place to make friends, bring friends. Give it a try....you wont regret it!

I have been in search of a new place to tan since mine closed. I found this one online and tried it today.... I was so pleased, the owners are so personable and make u feel like a valued customer. The salon is like no other I have been in, it is very clean and stylish and of course the reason for going ...the beds. The beds are the most up to date I have ever seen and work like no other I have experienced. After going just one time I saw more results than going several times at other locations. After searching the last four months for my next long term tanning salon I am happy to say today I found it.

I have gone to many different tanning places but none of them compare to eternal tan! The staff is so friendly and they have the best beds around! There is a huge selecetion of different products and everyone there is very knowledgable about all of them and how they can help you and what each product does. The pricing is so reasonable and you will get a better tan in their lowest bed than you would in most of places high beds!!Everyone should check out Eternal Tan!! It is the best tanning salon around!
