Had a party of 6 at the Chicago Bandits game on a Saturday night and needed to get back to the Metra stop before the LAST train left at 10:10pm. I called and reserved TWO cabs at 9:15 to pick up at 9:40. The gentleman told me he knew exactly where we were at and would be there. I stressed to him that I was counting on the two cabs to be there because we needed to catch our only train back to Chicago by 10:10. That gave the driver 30 minutes to drive two miles. When it was 9:45 and no cabs had arrived, my husband and I started calling and were hung up on twice then when I finally got through. The dispatcher said that BOTH cabs had broken down and couldn't get to us for another 40 minutes! My husband called three other cab companies in the Elgin area and not one knew where we were located. We ended up missing our train and walked the two miles back to the station and called friends from Chicago to come and pick us up. By far, worst company I have dealt with! Very disappointed with Elgin.
