Integrity Yoga & Wellness understands that each individual is unique. Every teacher is certified and experienced at recognizing individual needs and offering assistance and private consultation. This is an essential part of helping the student on their personal passage to understanding the self. The staff feels fortunate to be a student themselves on the path of yoga. They want to show gratitude, teach and grow along with their students (whether you are a size 2 or 22.)
