Five years ago, I went on a search for a reliable and affordable local company to manage my high maintenance residential property as well as my commercial property in Elburn. It was harder than I thought to find someone I could count on to be consistent and timely; someone who would take the initiative to address the overall appearance of my properties. Then I found A Cut Above. Chris, as owner/operator has exceeded all expectations! He and his crew are knowledgable, efficient, and organized. Most times, those things needing extra attention are taken care of before I even have a chance to call them. And if I have a special request or perhaps an event to prepare for, they are there for me! I have turned over to them full responsibility for all our property management needs, so that now, the seasons flow with ease. Spring starts with clean-up and mulching. During the summer, they keep both properties in top shape by mowing, edging, trimming, weeding and shaping our hedges. In the fall, the leaves are removed and the foilage is cut back as needed. This winter was a brutal one! Our driveways and parking lots were cleared, and all walkways were shoveled and salted promptly, which means a lot to me as a commercial property owner.
