Founded in 1961, Whitlow Electric is one of the leading designers, developers, manufacturers and marketers of industrial electrical substations, transmission towers and utility hardware in the United States. The company s nearly 150,000 square feet of production space includes more than 15 overhead bridge cranes and numerous CNC-controlled and PLC-controlled plate burners. The facility is equipped to fabricate a wide array of lattice, wide flanges, steel pipe and structural tubing for its various products. In addition, Whilow operates several CNC-controlled beamline and anglematic automatic punching, shearing and stamping machines to produce beam, angle and plate products. Whitlow Electric maintains its corporate offices and production facility in Elberton, Ga.
