Athens Technical College, also known as ATC, has been providing a range of educational programs to students for more than 45 years. It offers certificates, diplomas and associate s degrees in the fields of business, health, technology and manufacturing. The college administers various associate s degree programs accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), in accounting, administrative office technology, computer programming and marketing management. Athens Technical College also provides a public adult education programs to improve general population and work force literacy levels. Additionally, it offers a variety of support services, such as advising, career counseling and financial assistance. The college is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Athens Technical College maintains a location in Elberton, Ga.
