I loved reading the reviews, especially the last one that said he was rude. My only question is, has he ever called back? We have used Mike's many times and will continue to do so.
It's our Primary, and best place to get appliances. We went to the large warehouse stores, HD &L's, but didn't see the features we wanted, and some had features we didn't want. Tried Mike's in El Sobrante, they ordered the exact model we wanted, and we got a better price than what the warehouses had. We needed a small part for our Washing machine, they had them for $15, and even mounted them in the Agitator Barrel my wife had brought down there. Friendly, Local company. They even recommended a great! Tile & Granite guy.
