I help people faced with overwhelming life stressors, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I provide therapeutic support to individuals feeling troubled by recent life transitions, grief and loss, difficulties with employment, or relationship issues involving intimacy and communication. I honor and value the COURAGE that people take toward working through their personal emotional hardships. I take great care in providing EMPATHY and COMPASSION toward my patients, using their STRENGTH to explore how they can transform their emotional hardships into self EMPOWERMENT. Psychotherapy offers an opportunity for self-growth by learning to work through one's challenges.
