The City of El Segundo Recreation & Parks Department is located in El Segundo, Calif. The department s recreation operations division is responsible for the supervision of aquatics, cultural arts, sports, teens and senior citizens units. It oversees the operation of the youth counselor and city transportation division. The department s parks division is responsible for the maintenance of city parks, street trees and sports fields, as well as the protection of natural resources and habitats. Its golf services division is responsible for the administration of golf course operations. The City of El Segundo Recreation & Parks Department s administration division provides administrative oversight for facilities, including parks, centers and senior housing units, as well as several activities, such as recreational and youth counseling programs.
