Good luck getting them to perform manufacturer warranty work. They installed an aerobic system for us and the aerator pump went bad after about 6 months. They replaced that pump no problem but that pump failed about 3 months later. They came out and looked at it and determined it also needed replacement and then said they would get a replacement pump from the manufacturer. I spoke with them a couple of months after that and they were still waiting on the manufacturer to get back wtih them. That's the last I heard from them even after repeated, around 30, calls to both Doug and Nick over the next 8-9 months. Our 2 year warranty is about to expire and no word from them. I had to call Foster's to get service and they came out the same day I called. I would not recommend Doug's Backhoe for septic installation based on their lack of service and communication.
