Super flooring company. Did everything they said they would do and very professional. Ran short by 1 box and sent it next day air from factory so we wouldn't have a mess and did not charge extra.

Ripping off people by giving high estimate calculating 150-200 sq ft more then what it require in not take anything back so make sure on your measurement
I set up an appointment to do some work and they kept on changing dates and time on me. Finally, they gave me a firm time and date and they never showed up to do the work. This wasn't a good example of good customer service. I went ahead and called anther company to do the work and it came out great.
Who are you? When did you come to our store and who did you talk to? I am the owner and have never heard anything about this, matter of fact, I am the one that usually goes on calls and I certainly haven't had so much work that I would ignore any business.
