Have you dealt with overpriced, lies and people that don't know what they are doing look no farther come to SOHO. I don't usually write reviews, but when the business owner follows the number one rule of customer service (which is to provide great customer service) I need to let people know out here in el paso that there is people that know what they are doing.(dwayne the owner has been doing car audio for the last the last 30yrs). I have had gone to a place called competition audio/pacific audio (which is the same people they love to rip people off here) they messed up all my wiring off my brand new out of the dealership truck. I had Comp audio install some after market speakers (kickers and a amp) not only did the speakers sound worse then the factory speakers they had set the amp wrong ( they had left it on mono instead of stereo) there was so much static i couldn't hear anything. They took away the ability to set up the fade and balance and left and right ( by the way they lied to me and told me that it was impossible with a "factory" radio with after market speakers to work with blance and fade and left and right settings BS!!!) Sense i didn't trust this idiots again to work on my truck again i decided to go to SOHO try it out and see if they could fix the problem THEY DID!!!!!!!!!!! , and went above and beyond the call of duty. They set up my amp correctly they installed subs (which sounds great) they stayed till midnight fixing the horrible job that Comp audio( not a lot of audio stores would have done that trust me) so at the end not only do they have my stamp of approval they have a loyal perment customer for anything car audio related. Dont get ripped off come to soho and have it done right the first time.

Good prices, good work, very knowledgeable owner/installer. You will not get this kind of quality work anywhere else in the city. I've had work done with other stores and finally I can say I found a shop that doesn't take you for a ride and above all is honest!

Professional service! I've had Soho Comm answer my calls for my business for about 8 years now, and they haven't let me down yet.
