      Most people SAY they have the "Best Customer Service" but this team PROVES they have the Best Customer Service! From the moment I brought my Ford Fusion into the lot, they did a thorough walkthrough and assessment of my damages. They even found things that were missed by other shops. The quality of care puts your mind at ease knowing that your vehicle is in expert hands. Very responsive, dealt with my insurance claims, and extremely informative on the entire process.

      Took in another car for a quote, expecting to return for another appointment but they took it in right then and there and fixed the issue. Truly amazing service and customer satisfaction.

      The owner of pronto body goes above and beyond with the level of customer service. I appreciated the thorough review of what my vehicle needed, and the assurance that it would get done promptly and right. I highly recommend taking your car troubles to Javi over at Pronto Body Shop!
