League advertises an environment where your child will be learning of the fundamentals of the game of soccer but in reality if your children don't know how to play the coaches really don't want you to enroll in this. The committee does nothing to check if coaches are following rules of play...stear clear and enroll in a league that will support your childrens learning and love of the game!
