I have had my camper stored here for over a year. I received mail from their offices saying I was in arrears of sales tax because they say they were unaware of and that I will be responsible for the sales tax that was supposed to be charged. This is totally irresponsible on their part. I understand I will be paying a monthly tax starting next year but to pass on the responsibility of paying for their mistake is not good business practice. I will be looking for another storage facility very soon.

I got a storage unit at climate self storage because my husband was deploying and i didnt want to haul everything back home for the year. This is a extremely nice and clean storage company, dumpsters throughout the place, easy access yet gated and need a key to get in period and AMAZING prices. The only thing i have trouble with is the customer service. I have to call to pay my bill. every time i call they don't answer or they make me call back and when i do they don't answer.
