I love this new gym, the new owner is military and I see how he has change this gym from being a dump (previuosly) to now. I have been a member since 2002 and this place deserve a change over. I like the new classes that are starting to get offer here for example Zumba, and I love the boxing classes being offered. My wife stopped attending this gym because the previous trainers just STARED at her all the time, but with the new management and the bad apples gone and the new professional trainers in place I am really happy, my wife and friends to. Besides being convenient I like the diversity in the equipment and the mentality of this gym. I am glad and proud to be part of this gym and like their motto says "Though the pain may come over you, never let it overcome you" This gym just doesn't provide you with weights, it's atmosphere provides you with a way of life.........."Deeds not words"
