this place is a local supporter they like utep and that is why locals need to suport local businesses cuz they support us. Its not stuck up in there everyone is real nice. The owner acts like you are in his house he's real freindly. Gracias por todo

kind of laughing at the 'did not enjoy my experience there' considering they could not state why exactly- obvious it was written by their competition. I actually did enjoy my experience. I custom-ordered a leather couch and got it in less than a week- very cool!

My family moved here with the military. We just came across the store on Alameda. Great inventory/great prices. We bought beds for the kids and I got to custom order a dinette- I've never done that before in a furniture store- the people there really made us feel comfortable. I hate high pressure salesman but there, you can just hang-out it's great.I hate El Paso but I really had a good experience with this store

No question I found lower prices for quality furniture and decided that chain-stores cannot compete with local competition. I'll go back again. They have a great showroom and I was really surprised that they let you custom-order furniture too! The location was easy to find because I'm not from El Paso. My favorite part- the salesman- they weren't high pressure, it's really relaxed there and they make you feel comfortable. It's not intimidating. I really liked it there and I'll go back. I'd recommend it to my friends. The delivery guy was so nice, I've never seen nice delivery guys before, usually they act like it's a bother to bring your furniture. Great Experience! I'll go back again!!~

If you want to be treated like "royalty", this is the place to shop. Exceptional customer service and also beautiful furniture. The purpose of our visiting the store was for my sister to find a desk. As I browsed through the show room, I saw a living room set that was just the perfect one I had been looking for. I had seen many sets for the past 2 1/2 year and nothing was what I really wanted until I visited this store. Customers are not pressured from sales people, but sales people are always available to assist and answer questions. I have shopped at major furniture stores, (Roomstore , New Deal Mercantile, Furniture Factory Warehouse, etc), and NEVER did I receive the type of customer service that was provided at Daw's. Thnak you and keep up the great work. I will DEFINITELY recommend you to friends and family, and I will DEFINITELY continue shopping at your stores.
