It’s become a SECTION 8 apartment complex. Do NOT be fooled by the nice landscape or the pool. If you have a job, you will pay rent so other families can live here free. This place used to be a nice place to live at until it started to become infested with SECTION 8 families, they move in with their washing machines and make the plumbing pipes burst which in turn they punish everyone by shutting off the water. Yet, they do nothing to the offenders. If you complain, you are punished by having your apartment “randomly inspected “. There’s families that do not even live here that swim in the pool. There’s nobody monitoring much less care what happens to this place. Such a shame!! Take your money elsewhere. This place is soon to become GOVERNMENT HOUSING!!!
