Indian Springs is located on the West side of El Paso, Texas near UTEP. The community is surrounded by high end shops, entertainment, and restaurants for a good time with friends and family. Run... run far away from this horrid place and please do not make the same mistake my husband and I made by moving in.
DO NOT MOVE HERE.. I WOULD GIVE IT LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD.. this place USED to be awesome until they got taken over by new management and they are super money hungry. They ripped me off and refuse to give me back my $100 deposit after I was a loyal resident for 6 years and moved into a house. They jerked me around for 3 months saying I would have my deposit in 6 weeks, and than finally told me that would not refund it because their ledger doesn't show "deposit". I asked the manager how many residents live there w/out a deposit and she admitted none. So they just want to rip everyone off and keep the money. They also charge $50 for a piece of trash in your patio. They painted the walls and than increased rent by $200 a month. This place is NOT worth it. You would be better off living in the streets.
