Ms. De Leon was hired to make a comforter, dust ruffle, shams and Euro shams. She made a bed spread instead and refused to remeasure the mattress to ensure a proper fit. Ms. De Leon measured the mattress to begin with. She has been difficult to deal with, failing to deliver the "comforter" with the dust ruffle and shams. When I asked for the comforter she told me I had already picked it up and yelled at me. I had to cut the conversation short by telling her that I would be at her shop the next morning to pick up the comforter. She just had the installer take it to my car and walked away.
