Dr. Reiter might be older, but he was thorough and helpful. His office staff is not the best, but we are repeat customers.

If I would've read all these bad reviews beforeI would definately not have attended this doctor because all you said here isn't enough to describe the horrible service this doctor provided. He should really be retired and shouldn't have a license. He was disrespectful, unprofesional, and cynical. I took my daughter to get contacts and he charged me and my insurance but I never received any products or attention. When I went to claim he automatically called security. He stole my money, my time and my insurance. If you need and optometrist please dont ever chose this man or he will make you feel like dirt.

The doctor was never friendly. We went to his location because it was conveniently located in the mall but regret having gone. The office staff always had trouble finding our file on each visit...probably because there was always someone new. My guess is he is too difficult to work with/for.

I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life!! The doctor was a complete JERK!! When my husband and I mentioned to the secretaries that we were wanting to talk to him about it, they said it wasn't worth our time. Then, the ENTIRE staff was joking about how mean he is (which made me feel better lol) and they were SO nice.. But they even said they have lost so many patients, and went through 30 employees in one month!!!! All because of the doctor Reiter!! WOW- I am NEVER going back!! He'd probably screw up my prescription lol!!!

Exceptionally bad DoctorAbsolutely the most dreadful experience with an eye doctor. A terribly rude, condescending, ill-mannered man.
