We bought the car theft tracking system.
The tech who installed was doing a quick and clean job. He was nice and a star was for this job. However, the email with all the info never came.
I waited 3 days and finally contacted with email asking for it with my invoice number.
The reply was just one line "What is the dealership you purchased your vehicle? What is the year, make, model and VIN?".
I told replied with my info and added they have a really bad service considering the wait and the laziness(I provided the invoice number already and obviously he didn't want to check it) and the rudeness(who would just send an Email with no greetings no apology to a troubled customer?).
Then he replied "No need for insult" saying the original Email I've written on the invoice was written WRONG.
Who writes your own Email address wrong???
Plus I have the copy of it and it's NOT WRONG........
I asked for the screen shot of the first Email they sent and no reply.
This was the next Email, he never even tells his name....
"There is no need for insults... the system WAS transferred to you by the info given to me. I see the email given was written wrong. I will have that updated and your email resent. This should be complete within an hour (probably sooner) so keep an eye out and check your spam/junk folder in case your email server puts it in there"

What a customer service!!
