this lawyer is a blood sucker and please think twice before using him please........

he dragged my case on for 2 years and billed me thousands of dollars for nothing

never would let me settle out my case, every time i asked him to settle he would advise me not too because supposedly the plaintiff would smell blood. I eventually had to fire him do to the fact that I was running out of money. One week later I spoke to the Plaintiffs attorney and settled for less than what I had asked Nick Yonano to offer as a settlement prior, the plaintiffs attorney told me that he had mentioned settleing this case a long time ago but Nick would tell him that my client is not willing to settle. I would not recommend Nick to anyone unless you have alot of money to throw away!!!!
