Nicely maintained homes. Caring staff. Poor billing practices (unclear or incomplete descriptions of services or products on monthly invoices, including billing for items not previously agreed-to). Owners claim one thing, yet do another, then when you call them on it they come unglued.

Excellent professional care and the homes are so nice and clean. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for very specialized one on one care for an elderly loved one.
