In a nut shell the two words that come to mind first are unprofessional and unethical.That is why I give them the worst rating possible. If I could give lower than one then I would. My daughters mother signed her up for the Tumble Shop. I had an issue with the hours and expressed that to the mother only. For fear of me not allowing my daughter to participate when she is with me the Tumble Shop decided to create a fabricated story along with the mother to keep my daughter in despite my objection and displeasure with the times. The times end too late and doesn't leave enough time for my daughter to do her homework. The Tumble Shop did this by writing false, disparaging things about me and submitting them to the court. What upset me the most was that I had never been to the Tumble Shop. Had never met the person who runs Tumble Shop but yet this person wrote things as if she had first hand personal knowledge. In my opinion and mine alone that is very unprofessional and unethical. \nHowever there are a host of other issues that accompany that type of behavior. Dishonesty, Money before kids. If one lies then they will cheat and steal too. Any organization that lacks integrity I don't want to have anything to do with. The Tumble Shop not only compromised their professionalism and integrity by writing false information about me with the attempt to paint a sour picture of me but since my daughters mother and the person that runs Tumble Shop are friends there is that collaboration. Bird of a feather flock together. \n\nAlong with what is afore-mentioned is that the Tumble Shop didn't make any effort to reach out to me to actually hear what the issue that I had before deciding to blind side me with a false interpretation of me and who I am. That is just down right sneaky and wrong, unethical and unprofessional! Personally I believe this was done to promote the paying parents hidden agenda. \n\nI would highly recommend NOT putting your child in the Tumble shop. Trust me, your child doesn't need any extra stress put on them from a business that is all about the money AND your child deserves better. In my eyes they are not an advocate for my child or ANY child.
