      I sent my vacuum to get serviced, a month later after my calling every week, I got my vacuum back. The handle was installed backward. They sent it back to their repair shop. I have to wait another month to get it.

      this store is rude and sells at or above advertized prices on web site recommend you stay away use only main store if you have to.
