This past Friday, my wife and I drove to the area for a special occasion. On the way, my vehicle experienced an acceleration problem that kept the car running at freeway speed. I was lucky to arrive at a nearby hotel in the late afternoon without an accident and walked to his business about 3:00 in the afternoon. I met Banny who was friendly and helpful. After describing the problem and previous maintenance, he suggested a possible cause and offered to walk back to take a look. He was able to diagnose the problem correctly within a couple of minutes. The required part was a dealer part and wouldn't arrive until Saturday. While I didn't expect to have the work done because I saw he was closed on Saturday, he went out of his way to come in to take care of my problem and did so with a smile. I have a lot of respect for Banny's knowledge and ability and wouldn't hesitate to have service performed there again.
