My main concern during my visit was that the instructors seem overly protective of students. Instructors had a NEED to rescue students when any honest comment and/or feedback about the service requested was offered. For example, I said in a calm voice that "My hair still feels damp after the blow dry." I expected the student to say "Let me blow dry that spot a little longer." Instead, the student called the instructor and the instructors had a NEED to say "You know that you are working with students." My thoughts: I work with students all the time, but are students taught how to THINK and problem solve while in this setting?

I've been coming to Shore Beauty School for years, I always have fantastic service! The students are well educated and the staff is knowledgeable.

Shore Beauty School is a great place to get your hair done for way less than you would at a salon! Staff and students are friendly, helpful, and passionate about what they do!

I was client who went here all the time, never have I ever seen an instructor be disrespectful to a student. For example, a young lady asked the instructor(who I didn't get her name) she had blond hair though, but anways the student asked the instructor a question on how to do so something the instructor told her to give her a minute in the most rudest tone ever, the student had said to me im sorry for the wait because the instructor didn't come back until 10 mins later and they weren't busy at all. I kindly told the student it's not your fault don't worry about it. I will NEVER come back here AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE
