      December 2016 will be our 30th anniversary at Atlantic City Sub Shops. We want to thank our customers for their loyalty, and we pledge to continue to serve the highest quality subs, salads, and, of course, our homemade Beach Bum Brownies. In 1902, my grandfather, Santo Formica, and his two brothers came to this country to start a bakery in Atlantic City. The same family bread recipe they brought from Italy is used today to make our Italian sub rolls. I'm sure my Grandfather would be proud to know that the Formica bread continues to be enjoyed today as it was over 100 years ago.
