I had my first massage today at Zen Garden Massage Therapy. It was by far the best massage I have ever had! "Yan", the owner, was my masseuse. She worked on my body for 1 hour and relieved a huge amount of muscle tightness and soreness I was experiencing since I had an automobile accident recently with whiplash injuries. She has firm yet gentle hands and was always "checking-in" by asking if the pressure was too great which I appreciated. She spent a long time on my back, neck & shoulders and was methodical and hit on many pressure points to ease the tension out of my muscles. After my hour was up she asked if I would like an additional 10 or 20 minute foot massage which i definitely wanted since she had just did a small amount of foot massage during the previous hour. That foot massage was wonderful too! Overall it was a very pleasant experience! The rooms are cozy & the massage table was very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean. Yan was very pleasant & courteous.
