Absolutely, positively the most horrendous service.We had 2 100 gallon tanks on our property with Heller's when we moved here. Thinking we were stuck with the supplier, we used Heller's for 3 years, dealing with abysmal "customer service" (they hate answering the phone and getting a delivery to you) and extortionate pricing.It would cost easily over $400 to fill both tanks. You absolutely MUST have a $0 balance before you get them re-filled.After paying off one such balance of $463, we scheduled a delivery. A few days after, we got a flyer for a competitor. After speaking to them on the phone, and asking about their pricing, we realized we can pay $100 or LESS for a top off - no waiting until the tank is low! Imagine that!So after we called Heller's, explained that we are going to switch to someone else, they verbally (BIG MISTAKE on our end) said that they would remove the tanks, measure the difference, and pro-rate us. Ha! That never happened!We were then served a court order to pay them or lose our stuff. We lost the court case (since we had no proof of the agreement), and sure enough the sheriff came and took an inventory of stuff in our home to settle the $700+ bill. Heller's couldn't be bothered to call us (or answer their own phones) and settle this. They are a bunch of rude, crass, shallow, and unscrupulous business owners.Buyer beware! Cheaper alternatives are out there with companies that WANT to keep you in their good graces.

We've been using Heller's Gas for over a year now, their service is tops, they are prompt, they always fill our propane tank in a timely fashion before we need to call them. (Only reason not 5 star rating is we wish the price of propane was cheaper)

This is ridiculous on the coldest day we are left with out heat even after several phone calls its just not fair we pay our bills on time in full why can't we get a delivery on time and why you guys keep getting away with this I will be looking for another company

I been with Heller's for approx. 4-5 years the only thing that upset me is the delivery on a cold day we are left with no heat how do you do that to customers who also pay there bill on time just not fair and this is after many phone call shame on you mark.

One star because I can't go lower. When I signed up they promised me automatic refill, last year we ran out twice. I thought I had this issue straightened out however early this year I'm almost out of propane and had to call them to come out and fill it up.this company doesn't seem to care about their customers, they refused to come out and give propane because they have to walk to snow.I thought that's what we paid them to do and that's what boots are for. This company has been the worst experience trust me pay the $.02-$.04 more gallon go somewhere else.

Let me jump on the ban wagon too.. These people think that you are not AWARE that a 100 LB tank holds 24 gallon of propane, figure it out so a 200 Lb tank will hold 48 gallon I was delivered a 200 pound tank = 48 gallon and was when I questioned the price I was charged I was told they put 60 GALLON in my tank . NO WAY a 200 LB tank can hold 60 gallon .When they first deliver to you they tell you the price is 65.00 for a 100 pound tank. It all sounds good until they come back to fill your tank, then let your nightmares begin. I was told my delivery was every 6 MONTHS .. and within two weeks after they sat a new tank I GOT A DELIVERY. HOWEVER I did get my bill corrected, after many MANY phone calls to the company, But I will be going back to my previous propane company and I am sorry I ever left them for the introductory 65.00 . If it sounds TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE ... IT USUALLY IS and IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE in this case.

to whom may it concern; i must say that i'm appoled at your co. of its underhanded skeem the way you charge your costumer for not using gas when trying to preserve,and at sime time your person comes and opens walves and deplets each time more and more of gas in tank i was told that if i pay the full bal.it's ok so why this charges beeing charged and send monthley-my paymnt.was returned and i resend it ,and after that you are sending charges -shame on yous and this kind of underhanded charges-for which are illegal.thank you m.coiro

They deliver gas even when you dont need it, they also tell you your tank was almost empty and fill it again within a couple of months in order to boost their profit margin 100 percent.
