This company provides very poor service, the older lady that came out was really rude, and seemed to not know much about working on garage doors. They were trying to sell me a new door and opener. I called out another Edwardsville garage door repair shop and they had my door running like new again.

Very poor attitudes, rude they act like they don't want or need your business. Would never use them again.Waited for them a couple different times and they never showed up, and when they finally showed up I wish they would not of. They no more knew how to fix my door, they knew as little as I do about it, or so it would appear.

Looks like they write some of their own reviews, I had a very poor experience with this company, They never showed up and always had an excuse. Cost me a lot of time off work.

Extremely pleased with our door and service. The conditions they had to work in were not necessarily ideal and they got the job done in no time. I'm completely impressed!

Do NOT use this company. Said they would come fix the door in two days and never showed up. Then when we finally got ahold of them they said they would come by the next day and again never showed. They never called to cancel and we were left with a broken garage for more days than necessary.

Do Not Use this company. We bought an opener. It was defective. The garage door came down on top of our new car and damaged it. They refused to give us our money back. Horribly rude people (Kathy) to deal with .

In one word - FANTASTIC. In summary - called Friday and received an appt for Monday, but Saturday we received a call as they had a cancellation and wanted to know if we wanted service earlier. We were very pleased and they showed up soon there after. Their workmanship was spot-on. They immediately diagnosed the problem and determined that I had a broken spring, but stated the pair should be replaced together. I would have requested it but that was their plan all along. The job took 1 hour which included 2 spring replacements, lubing and chain adjustment. I was never happy that my door never seemed to fully open, but without even requesting it ... they realized this and adjusted it anyway. I'm very happy with their professionalism, promptness and service. Thanks, Tom

I had a problem with my garage door and I called Edwardsville Door Co. They told me some things to do and it fixed it!! No charge, of course. Most companies would have charged me a service call to fix the VERY minor issue. I highly recommend them, as they have always serviced our doors and have been prompt and courteous. Thanks EDCo!!!

I called Edwardsville Door out to repair my opener, the lady that came out was very rude and said I had to replace it. After she left I called another door company they came out the next day and repaired it, said it was a common problem and have not had any more problems. I would not recommend for anything.

A spring broke on my garage door. They came out fast, had the parts they needed and worked fast. Very reasonably priced. I'll use them again and recommended them to anyone with a broken garage door.

They installed a new garage door. When the door came off track I called them out to repair the door. The receptionist was extremely rude and told me it was my fault the door was off track, then she hung up on me. I called another company to repair the door and was told that Edwardsville Door had improperly installed the door. I do NOT recommed this company to anyone!

They called to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. The workers were very courteous and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction before they left.
