Cinderellie's Closet is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, they have nice dresses but they have EXCEPTIONALLY AWFUL customer service. We ordered 7 bridesmaid's dresses there. The girls who were measured at Cinderellie's Closet were surprised with extremely ill-fitting dresses, way too big! Cinderellie's Closet would not alter the dresses for us because they were "too busy." Nearly every retailer will fix their own mistakes. Clearly, they do not know how to measure correctly for the dresses on their shelves. A $200 dress should fit extremely well and if it doesn't (because of the retailer's mistake), it needs to be fixed for free. Not only did the "ladies" say they were "too busy" to fix our dresses, they were incredibly rude. One woman, the owner, was on a personal call on her cell phone while we were waiting patiently for help. Their general attitude was extremely unprofessional. None of the seven bridesmaids in this party who will be getting married will EVER return to this awful store.

Great bridal store. You can come in monday thru friday without an appointment. I stopped by on a tuesday and had a great customer service experience. Love how they treat you, no high pressure sales tactics at all. They moved to Edmonds on main street. on the left before before 6th. Good selection but it's a small store so they can only have so many, but I found enough gowns and I'm a size 18. I am going to send my bridesmaids there and purchase my gown through them as well. I am so glad a friend told me about them because I was about to just go with the crappy customer service at the other gown stores I had visited, I just thought that was how they all behaved, but it's so not true.
