      General Info

      Lana McGinnis founded the Ballet Academy of Performing Arts in 1984. Her vision was to create a positive atmosphere through qualified teachers encouraging a love of dance, music, and the arts. BAPA has a tradition of achieving that goal, and continues to provide that to the students that dance here. The Ballet Academy of Performing Arts offers expert instruction in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and modern/lyrical for all ages!

      Our facility was designed especially to accomodate the needs of dancers and their parents. We offer two beautiful studios that include properly constructed raised wood floors, twelve foot ceilings, picture windows, two dressing rooms, and full length mirrors.
