This was a joke. Boy did we get screwed over. First they said they could build my house for one price. Well next meeting the cost went up 15000.00. Well the next meeting wow the cost went up 15000.00. They got us to sign a contract with them before we could get the total price of the house. Yes that was part our fault not knowing what was happening. Now we can not build a house until our 3 years are up with them. I warn you do not sign anything till you have read it over and understand what you are signing. They will not give you a price until you sign. A builder can give you a price with out sighing a contract. This was a big mistake thinking we could us them.

I hired UBUILDIT to help me with my attic conversion. Thanks to there assistance we were able to add the game room, another bedroom and a full bathroom. The project went well and we came in on budget. I have zero complaints.

UBUILDIT helped me with building my new home. From planning through construction everyone involved were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would suggest them to anyone looking to build a new home.

We had planned on using another local custom home builder to build our home. After getting frustrated with the total lack of information and transparency, we decided to call UBuildIt.

As previously stated, they were a total blessing! Not only was our total cost less than previously quoted, we have several features that were considered an upgrade included.

My remodel project went great. The staff was professional, the subs were easy to work with, and best of all the price was affordable. I will use them again in the future.

We built our dream home using UBUILDIT. We had a great time and learned a lot. Thanks to the planning team we were able to build our home, gain additional living space that we were not planning on and increase the value of our home all while staying within our initial budget. My husband was even able to lay the tile in our home. If we ever build again, we will definitely use UBUILDIT.

So far so good. We just finished our specification meeting. WOW that was a ton of information. Now our home is out for bid. Everyone has been extreamely helpful. I have really enjoyed working with Ron E., Scott W. and Courtney T. so far. I even met Bob the guy on the commercials. He was very nice and just as animated in person as he is on the commercials. We look forward to getting the home started. We will keep you updated.

I loved the fact that me and my husband were the ones making the decisions not some company just looking to get paid . UBuildIt gave us advice and options and even let us choose the subs and suppliers that would be working on our project. For the majority of the project we went with subs and suppliers that they got bids from but we did our own painting and clean up. The whole process was a blast.

A+ I Wanted to save some money on my remodel by doing my own paint and tile work. The other companies that bid my house all seemed to have a problem with that. U BUILD IT didn't have any issues with it so I went with them. I ended up doing my own clean up and paint but let one of the subs do all the tile work because of his price. I thought that I was going to save more money than it actually ended up being so I took the easy road. Everything turned out great and I was $7,000 less than what the next closest bid was.

After my home was hit by a tornado I thought that I was stuck with the company that the insurance was trying to give me. I found out that I didn't have to use them so my first call was to UBuildIt. My son and daughter-in-law built their home with UBuildIt so I was familiar with their work. They didn't disappoint.

Everyone involved from our planning consultant to our construction consultant at UBUILDIT was great! I personally feel that I have made friends for life. Our home is great and we owe it to UBUILDIT

I wish that I could say that everything went perfect while we were building our home but it didn't. There were a few problems that came up during our project. Thanks to the help of UBuildIt, we were able to overcome the majority of the issues and are now living in our beautiful home. My only warning to you if you plan on using UBuildIt to build your home is to trust your construction consultant when they give you advice! They are really there to help you make better decisions and to help you avoid mistakes.

When my father passed away, I inherited our family home. He and my mother lived in the home for over 45 years. While the "bones" were in great condition it was in desperate need of a face lift. I had a couple of companies come out to give me bids but everyone seemed to brush aside the goals that I had. UBuildIt didn't. They gave me options and helped me fine tune my vision. I love that about them. They didn't push anything on me or try to take advantage of me because I am a single woman. I truly feel that they had my best interests at heart at all times.

When we received an email from UBuildIt asking that we go online and give our feedback, I was surprised that we hadn’t already done so. There were a few hiccups along the way but our consultant and everyone at the office was always there to give advice and options. Thanks to their advice, we built our dream home and managed to have over $60,000 in equity. I would suggest to anyone planning to build their home to give them a shot.

After our home caught on fire, we decided to try and stretch the money from our insurance company the furthest we could. After seeing some of the UBuildIt commercials we decided to give them a chance. They didn’t let us down! The home was completely repaired and the best thing was that we were able to add tile and wood floors throughout. We also now have granite. The home looks many times better than what it did plus we had exactly $138 left over from our insurance check.

During a stressful time in our lives, UBuildIt was by far one of our best decisions we ever made? Thank you for helping us put our home back together. It is now better than it has ever been.

We built our new custom home using UBuildIt and we are very happy with the results. Everyone in the UBuildIt OKC office was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend UBuildIt.

WARNING!!! Don't believe them!!! We were told budget numbers were final hard numbers but they were just estimates & several differed greatly from the contractor bids that discovered I was responsible for getting myself: electric, carpentry, HVAC, floor & tile installation & porta potty. Out of 13 main contractors we had bad experiences with 7 including bad & sloppy work, yelling, & profanity. While some of the problems were able to be corrected with time & money, several were never fixed. One of many issues: the grout in the entire dining room comes up like sand. The contractor delayed fixing the problem, & has now left the country & can’t return. We paid UBI a lot of money up front to address many of the issues that we ended up having to handle ourselves. The many delays cost us money to correct them, & thousands in added interest we paid on the construction loan.
