I 'discovered' Sprouts (Edmond store) ~ 1-year after its opening. I have been visiting the store approx 1/week since. I have no idea what the other individual experienced while in the store, but my experiences (all included) have been nothing short of WONDERFUL !!! My collective experiences are apparently diametrically opposed to his..... This is the one store where everyone strives to be courteous & overly friendly. I'm totally sold on Sprouts & it's extremely helpful employees !!!! SS
I find that the food items to be competitive with Whole Foods Stockers and employees other than cashiers are rude and and run you down in the store. I asked for a catering menu which they could not find as manager was off on Sunday. The store customer level is not on a par with May Avenue or the Tulsa store.
