I initially contacted the office in November. I met with a young lady and dropped off all of the pertinent information regarding my health conditions for the past several years (on disk). I was advised Ms. Hanson would have to review my records "to see if she would accept my case". Several weeks would go by and I would call again and then mysteriously they needed a "new disk". After they ordered that and another couple of months went by I was advised that another letter was needed by my doctor. The next thing I received in the mail was a letter by Ms. Hanson dropping my case, no prior call! Never met with the lady. When I went to retrieve my records there was difficulty in locating them. Would have like a meeting with the attorney at the very least!

Not Recommended! Waited months after taking my case, until the last minute, to even look it over. No due diligence at all, even though I explained I didn't have records and that they would need to be obtained for me. Waited until the last minute to ask the same questions that I had already answered during my initial meeting, then dropped my case due to lack of records!! Not recommended at all! Left me high and dry and guaranteed to lose!

I found Ms. Hanson to be extremely sympathetic to my situation as well as very confident on the outcome of my case. She has connections in all the right places if she needs to use them but in my case it was not needed. She simply went through my medical records that I had with me and found all the information she needed to apply for reconsideration and I was approved for disability. I knew, after meeting her, that I no longer had to worry about what was going to happen to me. She is smart, professional and gets the job done.

I was turned down for disability before I went to see Ramona. This lady took care of my disability claim from my inquiry with her until the end of my case, where I was awarded disability. She explained everything to me on my first visit and I had to return to her office one more time before my hearing. She took care of everything and made me feel at ease and confident in her ability as a lawyer. She is an intelligent, professional woman and was very pleasant to work with. She took a percentage of my initial settlement, which is regulated by law, as payment. I didn't have to pay anything else other than that and if by chance I lost the claim, I would not be charged. As she explained it to us, she would not take the case unless she thought she could win.
