Went to Porters Quick Change for normal oil and filter change. Tech said I needed serp. belt change. 50.00. Sounded reasonable. I said yes. Drove away feeling good. Woke up next morning,started up vehicle, new belt got shreaded! They fixed it, but charged me for new belt. Said belt shreaded because tensioner pulley was bad. they replaced it. wound up costing me 156.00 dollars more! Man!! That was the most expense oil and filter change! I was a customer for 6 yrs. never had a problem! Very disapointed!!!
